Andalucia, Madrid and Barcelona 1 - Accommodations
While in Andalucia, we'll be staying for 4 nights at Vincci Málaga Hotel in Malaga. This modern hotel was recently built at a superb beachfront location overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and has direct access to La Playa de La Misericordia and the Puerto de Malaga with their extensive shopping and dining options. The hotel is surrounded by sea-views, and offers several gourmet options including a restaurant, a terrace and a bar. All modern, air-conditioned rooms feature thoughtful touches like pillow menus, room service, free WiFi, Smart TVs with digital channels, premium bedding, safe, fully stocked minibar and telephone. The private bathrooms have a shower and bathtub, magnifying mirror, luxury amenities and a hairdryer.
While in Madrid, we’ll be staying for 3 nights at the four star Hotel Emperador. This luxury hotel is located on the famous Gran Via, next to Plaza Mayor, Plaza de España, Puerta del Sol, Cibeles, the Prado Museum and Madrid’s shopping district. Each air-conditioned room is lavishly designed in the style of 19th century Spain, and all the rooms are recently refurbished and include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, minibars, bathroom phones, bidets, and hair dryers. After a day of touring, guests can relax at the rooftop pool and take advantage of the poolside bar; the hotel also features a sauna, fitness facility, hair salon and beauty services. The Roof Garden Bar & Restaurant are inviting spots for drinks, cocktails and light refreshments, including salads and gourmet sandwiches. The hotel also has room service.
During the Barcelona part of the tour, we'll be staying for 4 nights at Hotel Villa Emilia, a chic, four star boutique property with contemporary interiors, located in the city center, close to shops and lively cafes around Plaça de Catalunya. The hotel offers 53 guestrooms located on three floors, all of which have minimalist contemporary decor of light wood furniture, cotton linens and include air-conditioning, satellite television, complimentary wireless Internet access and minibars. The bathrooms are fully furnished with designer toiletries and a hair dryer. The rooms are smoke-free. Guests can order breakfast or other meals and snacks using the 24-hour room service, relax outside on the tranquil terrace, and choose French champagne from the extensive cellar to enjoy with creative appetizers in the trendy Zinc Bar.
In the highly unlikely event that our original accommodations must be changed, the alternative accommodations will be a hotel of equal or higher standard. No change will be made to the cost of the tour.
