THIS CANCELLATION FORM, AND THE TERMS DESCRIBED BELOW, APPLY TO REGISTRATIONS MADE AFTER JANUARY 6, 2025. FOR PRIOR REGISTRATIONS, PLEASE SEND A SIGNED CANCELLATION LETTER.
We are sorry to hear that you must cancel your tour, and we hope that there will be a better time for you to travel. Once your cancellation request has been submitted, you will receive a follow up email within one business day confirming cancellation of your tour.

I have read and acknowledged the Sights and Soul Travels' Terms and Conditions including the Cancellation Policy when I first registered for this tour and I understand the cancellation policy. Cancelling within seven days of registering will result in a refund of my deposit payment. Cancelling after seven days from registering will forfeit all required non-refundable payments made towards this tour. There are no credits or refunds provided for cancellations after seven days and the only refund I can get is through the Trip Cancellation insurance if purchased.
