REYKJAVIK

We'll start the tour in Reykjavik, where we'll be staying for 5 nights at the sohpisticated Hotel Reykjavik Saga. The hotel has been designed with full respect to the surrounding buildings in a modern style that reflects Icelandic tradition. Located on the historic Lækjargata, in the heart of the Reykjavik city center, the hotel is just minutes away from Lake Tjörnin, the cathedral, the Reykjavik art museum, shops and restaurants. In Akureyri, we'll be staying for 3 nights at the upscale, modern Berjaya Iceland Hotel, located in the heart of Akureyri on the main pedestrian street and just a short walk from the main attractions such as Akureyri's Botanical Gardens and Akureyri Church as well as banks, shops, restaurants, parks and recreational facilities. The hotel offers a bar, 24-hour room service, and the Aurora Restaurant aims to use only locally grown, fresh ingredients all year round, specializing in hearty local dishes and of the greatest selections of wines, spirits and cocktails in the north of Iceland.
