Essential Lebanon 2 - Accommodations
BEIRUT

Throughout the entire time in Lebanon we'll be staying at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel Beirut. Centrally located in the heart of the capital just a minute from the beach and steps away from the bustling downtown food scene and waterfront cafes along the Beirut Marina, the hotel boasts a rooftop pool with 360° views of sea, mountains and city, free Wi-Fi throughout, a spa with health and beauty treatments, gym, sauna, one of Beirut's most sought-after restaurants and four lounges offering sushi, fusion, and international cuisine. The 230 elegantly appointed guest rooms designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon are considered to be the largest in the city and feature floor-to-ceiling windows, desk, in-room safe, refrigerated bar, coffee and tea maker, LCD satellite television, iPod docking station, hairdryer, private terrace, and a lavish full marble bathroom with separate shower.

In the highly unlikely event that our original accommodations must be changed, the alternative accommodations will be a hotel of equal or higher standard. No change will made to the cost of the tour.

Why travel with other women?
Many women do not have families or compatible friends who wish to travel. When going on a main-stream tour, women often find that most activities are geared towards couples and quite often they feel left out. Singles' tours are not always what women are looking for. If you do not have a traveling companion, there is also the issue of the expensive "single supplement", sometimes as much as 50 or even 100 percent of the tour cost. By going on women-only tours, women can easily avoid paying for the single supplement by sharing a room with another woman traveler.
