On arrival in Delhi, we'll be staying for 3 nights at the Shangri-La Hotel. Located in the upscale Connaught Place area of New Delhi, the hotel is a peaceful oasis in the center of a bustling city. Shangri-La Hotel is home to several renowned restaurants (Indian tea shop, Chinese, Italian and international modern fusion). It also features a bar, lounge, pastry shop and 24-hour room service. The CHI Spa offers holistic treatments based on traditional Asian techniques, and guests can enjoy complimentary sauna, steam room, swimming pool and gym facilities. Exquisitely appointed and luxuriously furnished in contemporary Asian style, the hotel's 320 rooms feature panoramic views of the city's diplomatic district. The rooms have a flat-screen TV, bathrooms fitted with a bathtub, bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries, safe, iron, in-room tea and coffee making facilities, and bottled water replenished daily. Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.


In Udaipur, we'll be staying for 2 nights at the Trident Udaipur Hotel. Built over forty-three acres of gardens and landscaped grounds, filled with peacocks and African tulip trees on the banks of Lake Pichola, this hotel enjoys a perfect location. Inspired by the architectural, cultural and culinary heritage of Udaipur, it offers several dining options, serving both authentic dishes from the Kingdom of Mewar and many international favorites. The hotel features a landscaped swimming pool, spa, lounge bar and manicured public spaces. The 137 rooms blend elegance and style with traditional touches and contemporary comforts. Furnished in warm, earthy tones with elegant upholstery, the amenities include bathrobes, luxury toiletries, complimentary WiFi and entertainment systems. The rooms feature elegant Rajasthani 'Jharokas' windows and 'Jaipuri Kalam' artwork in vegetable dyes, and are accented with 'Udaipur Green' marble, a specialty of the region.


In Jaipur, we'll be staying for 2 nights at the Trident Jaipur Hotel. Located near the famous Amber Fort, this luxury hotel offers stunning views of the Mansagar Lake and Jal Mahal. The dining venues serve a wide range of local delicacies, Pan-Indian and international cuisines. The hotel is complemented by a selection of wellness and recreation facilities, including an outdoor pool, an on-site bar and a gift shop. The hotel's 130 rooms are tastefully appointed, well-lit and airy and offer all the modern amenities such as a spacious wardrobe, an LCD television, a personal bar, in-room safe, air-conditioning and complimentary high speed Internet for up to four devices. The bathrooms are fitted with a bathtub, toiletries and a hairdryer. In Agra, we'll be staying for 2 nights at the brand new DoubleTree by Hilton. The hotel boasts an ideal location just minutes from the splendid palaces and marble mausoleums of the magnificent Taj Mahal. The guests can enjoy a year-round outdoor pool, on-site bar, a pool-side lounge and fine dining offered at four food and beverage outlets showcasing cuisines from around the globe. Live music and cultural performances are offered in the evenings in the hotel's courtyard and there is a 24-hour fitness center, a soothing spa and a sparkling outdoor pool. A hair stylist and several gift shops are available at the property, as well. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, including the guest rooms. Each room at the hotel is air conditioned and features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The rooms have a private bathrooms furnished with slippers, upscale toiletries and a hairdryer. 


In Varanasi, we'll be staying for 2 nights at the Gateway Hotel Ganges. Located close to the famous Ghats along the Ganges River and secluded within extensive gardens, the hotel exemplifies the old world charm infused with modern amenities. Featuring a swimming pool, fitness center, two on-site restaurants and 24-hour room service, as well as free WiFi in rooms and throughout the property, complimentary newspapers, periodicals and a shopping arcade. The hotel is the perfect place to relax and ponder the Varanasi experience. All rooms have been tastefully decorated and are equipped to provide every amenity for a discerning traveler: air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, private bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.


On return to Delhi, we'll be staying for 1 night at the Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport. With an ideal location less than 10 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), the hotel offers upscale accommodations and convenient access to the city. The hotel has a spa, fitness studio, and a large free-form swimming pool with a waterfall. The on-site restaurants serve Indian, Thai and international cuisine, and in-room dining is available 24 hours. The 261 rooms come with peaceful garden views and offer free WiFi Internet. With lavish amenities like spa-inspired bathrooms and tranquil garden views, they provide a respite from the stress of travel. Silk linens add a touch of elegance to the plush bedding, and modern features like wooden floors, LED televisions, large desks with ergonomic chairs, DVD players, movies, sofa and coffee table add to the feelings of well-being. The rooms have private bathrooms with bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers and toiletries.

In the highly unlikely event that our original accommodations must be changed, the alternative accommodations will be a hotel of equal or higher standard. No change will be made to the cost of the tour.

Why travel with other women?
Many women do not have families or compatible friends who wish to travel. When going on a main-stream tour, women often find that most activities are geared towards couples and quite often they feel left out. Singles' tours are not always what women are looking for.
