Easter Island - Accommodations
Coming back from Easter Island, we’ll be staying for 1 night at the comfortable, modern Holiday Inn Santiago Airport. Located directly opposite the Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport, the hotel is just outside the main terminal building and perfectly placed for air travelers to or from the Chilean capital. The hotel features a sauna, gym, hot tub, heated indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, laundry service, an on-site restaurant overlooking the lake, and a bar. The spacious rooms include floor-to-ceiling windows, flat-screen TV, work space, tea and coffeemakers, air conditioning, in-room safe, phone, hairdryer, and a modern and fully equipped bathroom.
On Easter Island, we’ll be staying for 2 nights at the ecologically friendly, 5-star hotel Hangaroa Ecovillage Resort and Spa. This centrally-located hotel sits right on the shoreline overlooking the deep blue of the Pacific Ocean, under the watchful gaze of the ubiquitous Moai. The hotel features the largest outdoor swimming pool on Easter Island, free Wi-Fi, a world-class spa with a hot tub, sauna, and massage room, and two on-site restaurants offering local and international dishes. The 75 stylish rooms are furnished with items made by local artisans and feature the use of natural materials such as cypress logs, clay and volcanic stone, and are equipped with air conditioning, mini bar, in-room safe, telephone, private terrace facing the ocean, and a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, hairdryer, and toiletries.
In the highly unlikely event that our original accommodations must be changed, the alternative accommodations will be a hotel of equal or higher standard. No change will made to the cost of the tour.
